What do I need to rent a car?
You’ll need a valid driver’s license, a passport or government ID, and a credit or debit card in the renter’s name. The minimum age to rent is 21.
Is insurance included in the rental price?
Yes. All rentals include mandatory commercial insurance required in Panama. Optional upgraded coverage may be purchased to reduce liability, lower the deductible, or eliminate or reduce the security deposit.
Where am I allowed to travel with the vehicle?
You may travel anywhere within the country of Panama—not just Chiriquí. Cross-border travel outside Panama is not permitted.
Do you offer free pickup or drop-off locations?
Yes. Free pickup and drop-off are provided in David and Volcan. Other locations are available for an additional fee.
How does pricing work? Are there any hidden fees?
Our pricing is transparent. The quoted price includes the rental rate and required insurance. Any optional extras or delivery fees are clearly disclosed before confirmation—no hidden charges.
Do I have to pay a security deposit?
Not always. Some insurance plans require a security deposit, while others do not. You may upgrade to an insurance option that does not require a security deposit.
